Steven G. Ledesma, M.D.
Dr. Steven G. LeDesma, a native of Oxnard, California, completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of California, San Diego. He received his doctorate degree at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. While at UCLA, Dr. LeDesma was honored as a Dean’s Scholar for his research in Emergency Medicine. Additionally, he traveled throughout Michoacan, Mexico, working in clinics and hospitals, providing medical care to people in rural communities. Dr. LeDesma completed his residency and fellowship training in Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado.

Tane Liu, M.D.
Dr. Liu received her doctorate in medicine from Beijing Medical College in 1986 and went on to receive her master's degree in Pharmacology from Peking Union Medical College. Dr. Liu completed her internal medicine residency at UCLA West Los Angeles VA Medical Center and her nephrology fellowship at UCLA - Cedars Sinai - West Los Angeles.

Koosha Mortazavi, M.D.
Dr. Koosha Mortazavi was born in Tehran, Iran. He emigrated to the United States in 1999 after he received his doctorate in medicine at Iran University of Medical Sciences. Dr. Mortazavi went on to complete his internal medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas where he was awarded for excellent performance in internal medicine. Dr. Mortazavi completed his fellowship training in Nephrology at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas where he received the Amgen Nephrology Fellowship Award.

Ali Dana, M.D.
Dr. Dana received his medical degree from the Iran University of Medical Sciences in Tehran. Dr. Dana worked as a research associate at the Endocrine and Diabetes Center in Vienna, VA before going on to complete his internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Rajendra Niraula, M.D.
Dr. Niraula received his medical degree from Tribuhuvan University in Kathmandu in Nepal. Dr. Niraula went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio, and his nephrology fellowship at Olive View- UCLA Medical Center.

Chonlada Chivangkul, M.D.
Dr. Chivangkul received her medical degree from Chiang Mai University - Faculty of Medicine in Thailand. Dr. Chivangkul went on to complete her residency in internal medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island in New York City, and her nephrology fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Chivangkul is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology.
